Terms & Conditions
1.
The above rates are for 1 x self catering apartment per night.
2.
Our check-in time is 14h00 and our checkout time is 10h30.
3.
Complimentary early arrivals can be requested, but are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed until 72 hours prior to arrival.
4.
Complimentary late departures can be requested, but are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to departure.
5. All rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking facilities.
6. Reservations are subject to terms of residence on check-in.
7. A maximum of 2 adults per room will be permitted.
8. Bay to Stay reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
9. Credit cards are not accepted.
10. A minimum letting period of five nights applies from 23 December - 6 January.

Cancellation Policy
1.
All reservations must be cancelled or amended in writing.
2.
Should no written cancellation be received and acknowledged by Management, the full deposit will be forfeited and the room will be charged for in full for the entire period of the reservation.
3.
Up to 14 days prior to arrival you have the right to cancel or amend the booking without penalty.
4. 50% of the quoted rate will be charged for the full period if the booking is cancelled or postponed 13 - 7 days prior to arrival.
5. 100% of the quoted rate will be charged for the full period if the booking is cancelled or postponed 6 - 0 days prior to arrival or premature departure.
6. Bay to Stay reserve the right to release all non guaranteed reservations at 18h00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise advised.
7. All no shows will be charged for in full for the entire period at the reserved room rate.
